    the location in london city is great, super close to tube stations and lots of restaurants and pubs. the room was a decent size for a 5-star hotel and the bathroom was fine too. tea was tasty and they had good small stuff in the bathroom. staff was really friendly and helpful. check-in was smooth and they even upgraded me!

    the window was really high up so i couldn’t see outside, which felt a bit claustrophobic. also, the gym was in another building and didn’t feel super safe to go alone.

    The location of Montcalm is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to tube stations. I loved the vintage brewery decor in the hotel. it created a cozy atmosphere. The room size felt decent for a central London hotel. the air conditioning didn't work effectively, making the room uncomfortable. During my stay, I also had some issues with the shower. it required both the rain head and small shower head to work, which was frustrating. I expected a better greeting, especially since I mentioned it was a special occasion. Although my room was clean and spacious, little touches like decorations I requested weren’t fulfilled, leaving me feeling a bit overlooked. The staff, while present, weren’t always helpful. At times, they seemed inattentive. I appreciated the responsiveness of housekeeping, but a warmer reception would have enhanced my overall visit.

    Cozy stay with great vibes

    We had 2 nights here and it was really nice. The room was spacy with a giant bathtub – perfect for relaxing. The staff were super friendly, especially Alok, who helped me when I forgot my charger. Only thing was the bar could get a bit loud at night. great place to unwind!

    my stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. i enjoyed how the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. compared to my previous stay in london, the comfort level here was leagues better, especially with the excellent room service.

    This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff helped with bug spray on my first stay. I highly recommend making use of the great bar area. I'm coming back for a holiday.

    The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Barbican Centre and close to various eateries. I appreciated the spacious Superior Double Room, which had a very comfy bed that made for a great night's sleep.
